North Beach Guest
House is conveniently located 3 blocks from the beach and just minutes
to the well known hall over park that offers fishing trips and water
craft rentals. We are also 12 minutes to the action of South Beach
and very close to international restaurants and the prestigious
Bal Harbor shopping mall. We have spacious lounge sundecks, laundry
facility and plenty of parking.

minutos del conocido parque de Hall Over que ofrece viajes de pezca
y renta de botes. Tanbien a 12 minutos de la accion de South Beach
y muy cerca al famoso Bal Harbor Mall y restaurantes internacionales.
Tambien ofrecemos spaciosas terrazas de sol y relajamiento, internet,
lavanderia y suficiente parqueo gratuito.

The $100 deposit will
ensure your reservation and will be refunded on the date of your
departure. If you decide to cancel after you have receive a confirmation
for your reservation, the $100 deposit will not be refunded.

of our spacious private rooms are share bath and are completely
furnished with double beds, cable/tv and remote internet. Our weekly
rates including taxes are $260.00 for singles, $300.00 for doubles
and $350 for the master suite with private bath and balcony.

From
Miami International Airport: If you are driving take the 112
east which changes names to 41 st, this will dead end at collins
ave where you will make a left and go north to 85 street where you
make another left, go on 3 blocks and immediately after you cross
the canal make another left on crespi blv (this is the only bridge
to cross you over the canal) go south to the corner of 80th and
crespi blv and the guest house is located on your right hand side
with white gates.
